Green Smart Living - Horrific customer service
I have been using for 3 years, I decided as I received bad filters I would let them add up because of postage, time, etc. I made a purchase of 6 packs, right when I tried one, it was horrible, I went back to the smoke shop and told them.
They told me what to look for to determine if they were old filters or a new batch. I returned the 6 packs and they sent me 25 filters in a baggy that were just as bad. When I called, their response was, "it went through quality control and passed" your stuck with them. Same thing happened, I let them accumate, sent back 20 filters and I never received anything in return.
Done with them....
they are rip-offs... Too many other options to be treated this way.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $120.
Preferred solution: send me the 10 packs i returned in the CURRENT boxes i bought them in.
Green Smart Living Cons: I returned bad filters just to recieve bad filters.
